The comfortable bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. The master bedroom with cupboards and writing desk. The AC cooled rooms and the always existing sea-breeze, makes staying in Tropical Bali a pleasure.

Like spacey parking lot and gates, to provide safety and comfort. Two double and two single beds in separate bedrooms providing lodging to 6 people.

LOCATION
The villa is convenient located between  the cities of Singaraja (the former capital of Bali) and Seririt, a small city with an active daily market. The central of Lovina is just 15 minutes (10 Kilometres) away. In Lovina you find a wide range of Restaurants and Bars, even a discotheque. For the rest this town is quiet and a great escape from the bustling
 tourist hang outs in the south, like Kuta.



PRICES

The villa is for rent. Starting at one week rental period. The price for one week, (7 days, 7 nights) is € 650.For the high season, July, August and September and December 15 until January 7, € 750.-

Service;
Including these prices are: 24 hour security, 8 hours a day staff on duty for laundry, cooking etc. Full service.

For bookings please pay upfront 50% to guarantee your reservation. The remaining
50 % should have been paid 
two weeks before arrival.

There is a deposit needed of 500.- €. This will be given back to you on the day of check out, after inspection of the house, together with you. This procedure we also do on your arrival, when we explain to you the inns and outs to make your holiday even better than expected.

Including the house rental is daily room service, cleaning, and assistance for you when needed.
There is 24 hours security available.

you name it, we arrange it. Full operated helpdesk.
