How it works?
| Basically what we do is splitting up economic and legal ownership through our lawyer Mr. Tri Widana SH in Singaraja. | | The legal ownership is on the name of our Indonesian Partner. (Or an Indonesian partner chosen by you) | | The ownership of land are recorded in Singaraja in a central register called “kadaster” (Indonesian law is based on Dutch law, therefore French law from origin) | | A sealed certificate will be given to and on the name of the Indonesian legal owner of the land. Threw our official notary mrs Elsa Logo in Singaraja all the rights and duties will be transferred to you, the economic owner of the land. | | For extra security the land certificate will be given to you. Without this certificate it is impossible to do anything with the land (or the house built on the land) by the legal owner. The legal owner signs a contract giving you all the rights and duties involved with the land. |
This is called “Hak Milik” in Indonesian. (Real Infinite Ownership) It gives you the full right to use the land and built on it.
